Delivery & Returns
We use several different couriers for our deliveries depending on size, weight and number of parcels. We can’t guarantee urgent orders or Next Day deliveries.
We will offer free delivery on orders you place over R400, less than R400 will be charged R80 standard fee, charge for these deliveries is unable to factor in these chargeable delivery destinations during checkout.
All stuff will be delivered to your doorstep directly. Deliveries are not done on weekends and public holidays and we only deliver within South Africa. Our ability to deliver is also always subject to the availability of the goods and the supply of accurate delivery address details.
Personally inspect the packaging and note any damage on the receiving ticket before signing for it. If you have not opened the packages please write the words “unchecked” next to your name on the waybill.
We will always do our best to ensure that delivery happens on time. If we are unable to deliver the goods to you within the time periods specified above, we will contact you as soon as we become aware of any issues that will delay delivery to you.
Courier within Cape Town takes 2-3 working days, main city centers between 3-4 working days and outlay areas between 4-7 working days. Please also note the lead times on the manufacture of certain products. Please expect a delay in delivery time.
Please Note: That orders placed on Fridays, Weekends and Public holidays will be processed the next full working day.
If only have pre-orders in your cart, you whole will only be delivered when items arrive.
If you combine in-stock and pre-orders, all items will be shipped at once when all pre-order items are available, unless you request others to be delivered to you first with an extra delivery fee.
You will be notified when items arrive with the expected date of delivery.
If you would like to return or exchange your order, you are welcome to do so within 7 days of the date of delivery. The guarantee is only valid for the original purchaser. When making a claim please ensure you have your original invoice.
The product must be returned in its entirety and in the same condition as when it arrived at your site and it must not have been installed, removed. You will be required to bring goods to our dispatches, or you can contact us to arrange collection, a delivery charge will be levied regardless.
You will then be able to choose something else from the shop or we will offer you a refund once we have received the item unopened and in saleable condition. We are entitledto to refuse a return if the product is returned damage, missing an accessory or not in a re-saleable condition.
You will be liable for the full transport costs (round trip – outgoing and incoming) which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that this may differ from your original invoice as we offer free shipping on completed sales and sometimes subsidise, discount or absorb additional costs.
All custom made orders are made especially for you and are therefore final sales. We cannot accept returns, cancellations or exchanges on custom orders unless there is a manufacturer flaw.
We do not offer any returns on international shipments.
If your order is damaged in anyway on delivery, please notify us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can make it right.
If you fail to comply with the provisions of this Returns Policy, we reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses.
