We are experiencing delays in delivering your packages.
The recent protests and unrests have started to affect many areas in the country and will affect collections and deliveries Nationally, delays with all deliveries can be expected.
You can still order from iKids and your continued support is appreciated by all staff members on the iKids, especially during this time.
Below are the areas which will be not serviced until further notice. Customers who have packages destined for these areas will experience delays with deliveries until the area is open for business. This includes courier collections from these areas.
KWAZULU-NATAL - Durban, Pietermaritzburg, North Coast, South Coast, and the Natal Midlands.
GAUTENG - Johannesburg CBD and all surrounding areas, Central Business Districts (such as Kempton Park, Roodepoort, Kya Sands, Krugersdorp, Pretoria, Germiston, Springs, Benoni, Heidelberg, Alrode, Nigel, Danville), Alexandra, Tembisa, Kathlehong, Soweto, Cosmo City, Vosloorus, Mamelodi, R101 Carousel Road, M44 Benoni.
OTHER AFFECTED AREAS:
Pretoria – Mamelodi, Soshanguve and Atteridgeville
Eastern Cape – Kwanobuthle (PLZ), King Williams Town, Fort Beaufort, Kokstad, Port Edward
Mpumalanga – Witbank CBD, Nelspruit, Kanyamazane, Hoedspruit, White River, Hazyview, Ermelo & Oogies
All High-Risk Areas, including all Informal Settlements will not be serviced anywhere in South Africa at this time. Our couriers will make attempts to deliver in suburban areas, but we cannot promise that they will be successful.
We are so sorry for this but we have to keep the safety in mind of our couriers and to keep your packages safe until we can successfully deliver them to your door.
